Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

  • All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not issued except as outlined below.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase.

2. Event Cancellation

  • If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued for the ticket price, excluding service fees, within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
  • Goldmax Events is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation).

3. Event Rescheduling

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement, subject to approval.
  • Refunds for rescheduled events exclude service fees unless otherwise required by law.

4. Refusal of Entry

  • No refunds will be issued if you are refused entry or removed from an event due to violation of the Event Entry Policy or other misconduct.

5. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@goldmaxevents.com within the specified timeframes.
  • Refunds are subject to verification and may take up to 30 days to process.

6. Force Majeure

Goldmax Events is not liable for refunds due to events canceled or rescheduled as a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies, unless required by law.
